This is a custom personalized product, therefore we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except for the following scenario:

  • Damaged on arrival: On the extremely rare occasion that your socks arrived damaged, you are entitled to to receive a new pair within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, you must send a photo of your damaged socks to support@divvyupsocks.com and the damage must be visible in the photo.

We’ve delivered over 2 million pairs of socks while maintaining 4.9 out of 5 stars on multiple review platforms. If you are for some reason unhappy with your socks, send an email to support@divvyupsocks.com and we’ll see how we can make it right.
